47 more Starlink satellites in orbit

(03 Mar 2022) Rocket: Falcon 9; Payload: 47 Starlink satellites; Date: 3 March 2022, 1425 UTC; Launch site: Kennedy Space Center, USA. The spacecraft were deployed into a near circular orbit at an altitude of almost 320 kilometers.

The satellites are now expected to extend their solar panels and turn on ion engines to begin climbing to an operational altitude of 540 kilometers. SpaceX doesn't release information on the health and status of its Starlink satellites, according to Spaceflight Now.

This was the 11th flight for the Falcon 9 first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched GPS III-3, Turksat-5A, Transporter 2, and now eight Starlink missions.
